Your role

The SEO Outreach Specialist is an internal team member of our Marketing Team and plays an integral part in our link-building process. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of link-building strategies and outreach tactics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO and link-building tools like Moz, Ahrefs, or SEMRush, to facilitate link acquisition. The individual will be a team player supporting the Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for:
  • Performing keywords research and optimising on-page.

  • Managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximise ROI.

  • Ideating and executing digital and offline collaborations and campaigns.

  • Research and identify opportunities across the Web for our websites to gain exposure.

  • Review outreach and response templates to ensure messages adhere to both the brand and quality standards.

  • Strategize, coordinate, build, execute, monitor, report, and analyse link building campaigns.

  • Prepare content for guest post articles and blog posts.

  • Develop tactics and repeatable methodologies to successfully acquire brand mentions and links for a variety of niches.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and adjust strategy based on campaign results.

What we’re looking for:

You possess a Degree in Marketing or Business with at least 2 years of relevant social media management, digital marketing, brand manager / community manager experience:

  • Prior work in healthcare would be preferred.

  • Excellent Blogger along with great written and verbal communication skills are required.

  • Firm knowledge and understanding of SEO, especially as it relates to link building.

  • Proven capability in content production, copy editing, and content optimization for backlink campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and demonstrating extreme attention to detail

  • Ability to optimise content for SEO purposes.

  • Ability to support high volume link campaigns in different niches.
